I thought I’d post a mini update on day 4 of my 33 day challenge, seeing as it’s my lunch break and it’s too rainy outside to go for a walk…
1. My thighs REALLY hurt from Fitness Bootcamp last night. We had to do frog-leaps, followed by about a billion squats and burpees and now I can barely stand up/sit down or walk downstairs without a real worry that my legs might give way. And I’ve got to somehow have them working by my next session tonight.
2. I just found a hobnob cereal bar in my draw that I’d forgotten about, and now it’s all I can think of.
